DARN TOUGH
All we do, all we have ever done, is make socks. My family has been in the hosiery business for 3 generations. My father started Cabot Hosiery Mills in 1978 and for the past 36 years, we have been making socks here, in the Green Mountains of Northfield, Vermont.
We introduced Darn Tough Vermont about 10 years ago in an effort to keep our mill alive and running, without having to send jobs offshore.
We are interested in one thing. Producing the best possible socks the world has to offer.

Mountain Hardwear is a subsidiary of Columbia Sportswear based in Richmond, California that manufactures and distributes apparel, accessories and equipment primarily for the high performance needs of mountaineering enthusiasts and outdoor athletes, as well as for consumers who are inspired by the outdoor lifestyle.

In 2004, at the Summer Market Outdoor Retailer show in Salt Lake City, NEMO introduced its first line of backpacking and mountaineering tents. STANLEY
The Stanley brand has a rich 100+ year history. Born from inventor William Stanley Jr. who forever changed the way hot drinks were consumed, in 1913 he fused vacuum insulation and the strength of steel in one portable bottle, inventing the all-steel vacuum bottle we know and love today.
In the century since, his vacuum bottle evolved from concept to icon and has become an essential part of workdays, road trips, and outdoor adventures.
The Stanley brand has been part of countless adventures and even more shared memories. We have powered daily coffee breaks and just as many meals in our beloved food and beverage gear.
