DARN TOUGH

All we do, all we have ever done, is make socks. My family has been in the hosiery business for 3 generations. My father started Cabot Hosiery Mills in 1978 and for the past 36 years, we have been making socks here, in the Green Mountains of Northfield, Vermont.

We introduced Darn Tough Vermont about 10 years ago in an effort to keep our mill alive and running, without having to send jobs offshore.

We are interested in one thing. Producing the best possible socks the world has to offer.

HELLY HANSEN

From our home in Norway, Helly Hansen has been making professional grade gear to help people stay and feel alive for more than 140 years. It all started in 1877 when sea captain Helly Juell Hansen found a better way to stay protected from the harsh Norwegian elements. Soon thereafter, Captain Hansen and his wife Margrethe launched a business producing waterproof oilskin jackets, trousers, sou’westers and tarpaulins made from coarse linen soaked in linseed oil – and the legend was born!

Today, Helly Hansen gear is worn and trusted by professionals on oceans, mountains and worksites. As the #1 apparel brand for ski professionals, you’ll find our gear at ski resorts and guiding operations around the world, and worn by more than 55,000 ski professionals. Our sailing gear is worn by world-class sailors across all five oceans, and we’re proud to partner with and participate in some of the sport’s most iconic regattas and sailing associations. Search and rescue teams worldwide trust our award-winning outdoor gear to keep them protected as they work to keep others safe in the mountains. And as a leading Scandinavian workwear brand, you’ll see us at work-sites where performance, protection and safety matter most.

STANLEY

The Stanley brand has a rich 100+ year history. Born from inventor William Stanley Jr. who forever changed the way hot drinks were consumed, in 1913 he fused vacuum insulation and the strength of steel in one portable bottle, inventing the all-steel vacuum bottle we know and love today.

In the century since, his vacuum bottle evolved from concept to icon and has become an essential part of workdays, road trips, and outdoor adventures.

The Stanley brand has been part of countless adventures and even more shared memories. We have powered daily coffee breaks and just as many meals in our beloved food and beverage gear. With each passing year we continue to push ourselves to bring timeless, yet modern solutions to today’s outdoor adventure.

MERRELL

Merrell was established in 1981 when two executives for the Rossignol ski company, Clark Matis and John Schweizer, decided to launch a new maker of hiking boots. Since 1997, the company has been a wholly-owned subsidiary of shoe industry giant Wolverine World Wide. Today, as the global leader in outdoor active footwear with the Moab hiking boot and Jungle Moc, Merrell is focused on merging performance, styling, and comfort to empower all people to confidently explore the outdoors.

At Merrell, we believe in sharing the simple power of being outside. No matter who you are, where you came from, who you love or how you move — Everyone should be welcome in the outdoors and wherever life takes us. We strive to inspire everyone because, together, we can help protect the trail we love.

Chaco

In 1989, a Colorado rafting guide had a vision: To create the ultimate footwear for outdoor adventures in and out of water. He gave it a symbol — the gecko — because of their ability to adapt and thrive in nearly any environment. Then he gave it a name, Chaco.

Since our earliest days as the go-to sandal for rafting guides, Chaco has always been a solution to a problem: keeping feet secure and steps confident in moving water, whether rivers, rapids, or waterfalls.

When it comes to coastal life, our sights are set on those isolated stretches of sandy paradise found by taking the road less traveled. Having the place to yourself turns a regular beach day into an unforgettable experience. And getting there is half the fun.

Chaco knows mountain town living. From days packed with action to late nights with friends, it’s that intersection of style and performance for the adventurer’s everyday.
